1. Brief and shortlist
We agree what the purchase is for, your budget and timing, and which residency route, if any, matters. You receive a shortlist with availability, payment terms, charges and our view on each option.
2. Viewings and selection
In person or by live video. We compare the shortlist against your brief and narrow to a unit, with the developer’s or seller’s terms confirmed in writing.
3. Reservation and legal review
A reservation deposit holds the unit while an independent lawyer reviews the sale agreement. Terms on delays, defects, assignment and handover are explained before you sign.
4. Payment, registration and title
Completed property: payment and transfer, with title registered in your name. Off-plan: staged payments into escrow through construction, with title at completion. A power of attorney lets us act for you in Oman if you are abroad.
5. Handover, residency and after-sales
Inspection and snagging, utilities and community registration, then the residency application once title is registered. Management and letting follow if you want them.
